Graded courses for 13 to 18 year olds and some classes for younger students (check course listings for age prerequisites)

One Parent Registration/Orientation meeting required prior to registration every semester
in order to complete Emergency Health form and to receive course syllabi and other paperwork.


Parent & Student Orientation/Registration Meetings

  • One parent (even returning families) and the participating student MUST attend ONE of the following meetings BEFORE REGISTERING for graded academic subjects.
  • Registration can occur anytime after attending a meeting.

New credit students take over a week to get set up.

CURRICULUM

New courses will be offered each semester as qualified instructors and facilities for class are available.

Parents will receive written course objectives and course content outlines for each course their child(ren) attend. Study and assignments outside the classroom will be expected. Students’ performance will be evaluated and a percent grade assigned at the end of each course. Parents decide academic credits.

Eastfield College is an ADULT Community. Eastfield College does NOT provide supervision for children and is not responsible for their activities outside the classroom. We encourage parents to accompany and pick up their students at the door of each classroom and remain on-campus while students are on campus. Students will not be kept in classroom after class ends.

INTERNET ACCESSIBILITY

Your student might have access to the Internet while on campus in library, Learning Assistance Center and computer labs. Eastfield College does NOT FILTER any Internet access and sites.
